Matthew Rocco, President

Matthew Rocco
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Rocco is a 27 year veteran of the call center / BPO industry. He has held key leadership positions within Dun & Bradstreet, The Berry Company (a subsidiary of Bell South) and Etech Global Services.

Mr. Rocco started as a telephone rep for D&B in 1984 and worked his way to Assistant Vice President of Call Center Operations before leaving D&B to join Bellsouth in 2000 as Director of Call Center Services.

Since 2003, he has been the Chief Operating Officer of Etech Global Services, a multi-national outsourcing company with over 2,200 employees that provides world class services to Fortune 500 companies from its locations in the US, India and Jamaica.

Mr. Rocco is an alumnus of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where he lettered in both basketball and baseball serving as captain of the basketball team his senior year. He graduated from Dickinson with a BA in Economics.

In addition to his responsibility at Etech, Mr. Rocco has served on the board of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Nacogdoches County, the Nacogdoches Dragon Athletic Booster Club and the Melita International User Group.

Presently, he serves on the boards of License Plates of Texas, LLC, the Pineywoods Youth Football Association, the Nacogdoches Economic Development Council and the Glory Gang Ministry, a Christian service organization that is dedicated to assisting and teaching disadvantaged youth. He is an active member of Grace Bible Church where he has served faithfully for the past 9 years.

In May of 2010, Mr. Rocco was elected by the citizens of Nacogdoches, TX to serve a three year term on the Nacogdoches Independent School District Board of Trustees. In May of 2011, the board elected him to the position of President of the Board of Trustees for Nacogdoches Independent School District.

Mr. Rocco is married to his college sweetheart, April. They have three children - Nick, Matthew and Lexie.

Jim Iyoob is the Senior Vice President of Global Development for Etech Global Services with over 15 years of contact center outsourcing experience spanning domestic and offshore inbound, outbound, and chat operations. Under Jim's leadership, Etech Global Services has been defining the web chat service industry for more than 12 years. Through a combination of operational know-how with a strategic, in-the-trenches approach to problem solving, Mr. Iyoob has developed and implemented some of the most successful, award winning BPO programs that deliver consistent ROI. Mr.Iyoob is a passionate, driven and energetic business leader with a strong desire to remain ahead of the curve in outsourcing solutions and service delivery. Mr. Iyoob is a graduate of Devry Technical Institute.

Veronica Ellison, Vice President Human Resources

Veronica Ellison, Vice President of Human Resources has been with company since 2000 and has held a variety of leadership positions in Training and in Operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing company benefits, company policies and procedures.

Veronica Ellison is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where she received her Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication and Criminal Justice. She has a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource and Leadership Development.

Veronica is a board member for Stephen F. Austin P-16 Education Council and a member of Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce, Nacogdoches Economic Development Council, Alzheimer Association, and the Society for Human Resources Management, and Leadership Nacogdoches.

Patrick Reynolds, Sr Director Chat Operations

Patrick Reynolds is Assistant Vice President – Global Chat Operations. Patrick joined Etech in 2000 and has held a variety of Leadership positions. In 2005 he helped lead the training of the first outbound and inbound team members in the Gandhinagar, India facility. Built on the success of this original team, Etech has been able to grow the outbound, inbound, and web chat sales teams in India from 30 initial team members to its current team of approximately 600+ team members. Today his responsibilities include leading Etech's chat operations in the 4 Texas and the 2 India locations.

Patrick is a 2002 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Office Systems.

Amit Kachhawa, Assistant Director of Strategic Development

Mr. Kachhawa is the Assistant Director of Strategic Development for Etech Global Services. In this role, Mr. Kachhawa is responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from each clients' program and recommending improvements to reach business targets and goals. He also provides guidance on the company's web chat solution process and methodology. Mr. Kachhawa started his career in marketing before working his way up from an Online Chat Representative at Etech, India to Assistant Director today. Mr. Kachhawa has a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the B&B Institute of Technology.

Sarah Schwitters, Chief Marketing Strategist

Ms. Schwitters is the Chief Marketing Strategist at Etech Global Services and leads the companies' marketing initiatives. Ms. Schwitters has helped several call center and BPO companies increase customer acquisition and retention. She spent four years as the Vice President of Global Marketing for HyperQuality, a third-party quality assurance outsourcer. In 2000, she co-founded lodestar marketing group, a digital marketing firm that helps companies improve their online presence and increase website traffic, leads and sales.

Ms. Schwitters is a strategic marketing professional with extensive experience in Direct Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and Communications. She has built several marketing departments from the ground up including corporate and product branding, business and sales collateral, marketing strategies, budget and staff. Ms. Schwitters has worked with numerous investors and entrepreneurs to determine the viability of new business ideas and has written several business plans which have raised Venture Capital funding worth over $20 million dollars. She uses creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to find the right solutions for each company she works with. Ms. Schwitters is a graduate of San Diego State University.
