The ATA-SRO incorporates aspects of governmental regulations and consumer protection rules for contact centers. The goal of the ATA-SRO is to assure a positive teleservices experience for consumers and provide an objective system that reinforces companies’ commitment to government compliance. Companies seeking the highest caliber of customer care, best practices and compliant behavior can apply to receive the ATA-SRO Seal of Accreditation. Knowing that Etech’s contact center is providing the highest level of care and compliance protects both Etech and its clients from potential fines, penalties, attorney fees and resource costs resulting from non-compliant behavior.
The We Care About Compliance Seal recognizes companies that respect consumer's preferences and are in compliance with State and Federal regulations surrounding Do Not Call compliance. Etech Global Services have achieved all the requirements to qualify for this program. We have implemented and are maintaining an internal Do Not Call list.
Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) , formerly the ATA, member since 1998. The PACE's membership include companies with inbound or outbound contact centers, users of Teleservices, trainers, consultants, and equipment suppliers who initiate, facilitate, and generate telephone, Internet, and e-mail sales, chat service, and support. PACE members take advantage of services such as networking forums, business learning programs, state and federal government advocacy initiatives, research data, and the most recent news related to the multi-channel customer service and support industry.
Call Centers CARE is a philanthropic initiative by the American Teleservices Association (ATA) through which all the ATA members can come together under this program to make a difference in their local communities by participating and contributing to various causes.
