All former employee W2s will be mailed by January 31, 2023 via the US Postal Service to the address we have on file as of January 18, 2023. If you need to update your mailing address, please contact the payroll department at (936) 559 – 2245 or the receptionist desk at (936) 559 – 2200, you may also send an email to payroll2@etechtexas.com no later than January 18.

2022 W2s will be available online in Etech self-service, mailed, & emailed by January 31, 2023 for all active employees. Paper W2s will not be allowed to be picked up at any center. Replacement W2s will not be issued until after February 13, 2023. If you have any questions feel free to contact the Etech Payroll Department.
