Training Program Release: If selected and placed into the company’s training program for sales/customer service personnel, I hereby authorize Etech to use and to disclose to its management and support personnel, as needed, all materials relating to my performance in the training program for sales/customer service personnel. Materials, which may be disclosed, shall include all written and verbal evaluations, test or performance results, and any audiotape, videotape or transcript of the employee's performance during training. I hereby acknowledge that this release is signed freely and voluntarily, in consideration of the training to be provided by Etech.

Telephone/Chat Sales/Service: I expressly acknowledge that part of my training and the performance of my work at Etech will require my supervisors and Etech leadership to monitor all telephone calls, emails, and chats on Etech provided telephones, Etech computer systems, and/or systems being used for Etech business purposes. I acknowledge that any/all of the previously mentioned telephone calls, emails, and chats on Etech provided telephones, Etech computer systems, and/or systems being used for Etech business purposes are subject to being monitored.
