Closing of Call Center Week 2013

Well that’s that. Call Center Week 2013 has come to a close and boy was it a busy week at the Etech Global Services booth! The Etech Sales and Marketing team feel this week was a huge success. Not only did we meet tons of new and exciting companies and contacts, but we were once again reassured that Etech is leading the industry with sales, service and technology best practices and results.
 
For those who were not able to attend the week long event, the theme of the convention was, “Driving Business Value: Transforming Culture & Excelling in the Multi-Channel, Socially Interwoven Customer Environment.” Being that we had six different members of the Etech family there working the booth and sharing the value of Etech, the team was able to break up and attend several of the sessions offered throughout the week. To name a few, “Creating a Winning Call Center from Fortune” delivered by Bright Horizons and then, “ The Role of Culture in Delivering World-Class Customer Service” by Google and TELUS International. These sessions focused on how important the culture of the work place is in order to be successful. This left us here at Etech feeling excited and confident in our years to come knowing that culture and relationships are some of Etech’s strongest attributes!
