Etech to Attend SOPAC Symposium in Charlotte, North Carolina

Next week, April 27-30, Etech Global Services will be at the annual SOCAP Symposium in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This year’s SOCAP Symposium promises to be packed with great information on trends we can expect, along with networking opportunities and skills workshops.

Tom Rocca will be representing Etech at this year’s SOCAP Symposium. Tom will be happy to share more about Etech’s contact center services and technology as well as the two recent awards we have just won: The Corporate Citizenship Award and The Technovation Award.

Matt Rocco is the President/CEO for Etech Global Services. Matt is a 38-year veteran of the BPO industry. He has held key leadership positions within Dun & Bradstreet, The Berry Company, and Etech Global Services. In the past 38 years, he has spent time in every facet of call center operations and outsourcing processes. Matt has been an avid speaker at many industry events and was featured in the articles of various renowned periodicals including The Wall Street Journal, Contact Center World, Call Center Magazine, Call Center Times and others.
