Etech: Ushering In the Summer at Call Center Week

Spring and Summer can tend to be busy times in most households.   Although school and other activities tend to wind down as the weather gets warmer, they are often replaced by activities that take us outdoors and exploring new places as the sun gets hotter and the days get longer.

The same can be said of life in the corporate world and here at Etech Global Services, the warmth of Spring and Summer bring with it opportunities for our staff to get out, explore new cities and mingle with others in our industry.  Such is the case for Patrick Reynolds, Tom Rocca, Sarah Schwitters, Charles Woods and Nick Rocco as they head off to Las Vegas, NV June 9th-13th to this year’s CALL CENTER WEEK 2014 CONFERENCE AND EXPO.

This year’s conference will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and Etech is proud to be going as an event Sponsor and an Exhibitor. CCW tends to be one of our favorite conferences. “Why?” you may ask. “Because it’s at a beautiful resort in Las Vegas?”  Well, yes, we appreciate the beautiful resort and surroundings, but Call Center Week is an Etech favorite because it’s a conference that focuses on The Customer.

We have the opportunity to learn new customer service strategies from some of the best, most experienced leaders in the industry.  Plus, It also provides an opportunity for us to visit with our current customers and reach out to potential new customers. In a nutshell, Call Center Week is really about what we do at Etech:  We serve our customers as well as the customers they serve. We come away from this conference with renewed energy and enthusiasm for the very important work we do every day and we never fail to come away with new ideas or strategies that can help our team do even better.

So if you’re attending Call Center Week June 9th-13th, be sure and stop by Etech’s booth in the Exhibition Hall.  Patrick, Tom, Sarah, Jasen and Nick can be found at booth #81.  If you’re a current Etech customer, they will look forward to connecting with you face to face. If you’re not an Etech customer and are looking for Contact Center services or technology to serve your needs, visit them in booth #81.  They will be very happy to share with you how Etech can deliver proactive solutions that will increase customer satisfaction, sales and overall service for your company.

We look forward to ushering in the summer with you at Call Center Week.
