Etech- Exceeding Expectations
It’s great when people meet our expectations, but what would happen in our society if people and businesses strived to exceed our expectations? Consistently? That’s not something that we see often nowadays, but it is something that we see consistently at Etech. Etech is an organization that constantly strives to make a remarkable difference in their community, for their business partners and for their team members.
Whether it be donating blood, raising money for charitable organizations or sponsoring special events for needy children, Etech’s consistent outreach in the communities it serves has become an example and an inspiration to other businesses. Because Etech constantly exceeds expectations in this area, they now find themselves in the position of being sought-out by NGO’s (non-governmental agencies) as a trusted partner in executing special events that serve the community.
Etech has also become a very trusted source for its business partners by constantly exceeding expectations in the area of E-commerce and online-chat. Etech has accomplished this by striving to provide their business partners with the best customer service available and treating each business partner’s clients as their own.
It’s been said that one can learn a lot about a company by talking to the employees. In my time here at Etech, I have consistently seen a company that is 100% committed to their employees. Etech demonstrates this by investing in their employees in the following ways: Educational assistance, organizational development, corporate courses to enhance skills and opportunity for career growth and advancement. The servant leadership culture, which is one of Etech’s core values, has proven to foster a corporate-wide appreciation of the organization along with a desire to serve their customers with the very best in BPO experience.
In my almost twelve years of BPO experience I have worked with many big names and seen a lot of corporate cultures, and can honestly say that Etech consistently exceeds my expectations.
