I’m excited to share that Etech Global Services received the ATA-SRO Accreditation recently. For those of you who are not familiar with this, the ATA-SRO incorporates aspects of governmental regulations and consumer protection rules for contact centers. The goal of the ATA-SRO is to assure a positive teleservices experience for consumers and provide an objective system that reinforces companies’ commitment to government compliance.
We have been working on this accreditation process for over a year now. It’s been a big endeavor but we are very committed to providing best practices and compliant services for our clients. Now that we have this special credential, we look forward to working with additional organizations who are looking for business partners that not only can produce outstanding sales results but who also support the highest levels of customer satisfaction and compliancy.
