Great Things on the Horizon for Etech Global Services

As we look forward to the start of a new year, I always like to take some time to think through and then write out what my goals are for the coming year.  There is something about writing things down that give them a sense of priority and a greater assurance that the goals will be achieved in the coming year.  I believe this works for our personal goals as well as our professional goals.

For Etech Global Services, we anticipate great things for 2015; here’s a glimpse at a few of them.

  • We will see continued development and advancement of our proprietary software that enables our clients to interact with their customers in the method they prefer….. voice, chat, e-mail or text.
  • We will continue to invest in our leadership team. At Etech Global Services, we put a premium on leadership and we believe that the best leaders are those who serve others and are committed to making a remarkable difference with our staff, our customers and our communities. We will continue to prioritize developing leaders who are committed to Etech’s principles.
  • We will continue to expand all of our BPO offerings.  Our BPO industry is rapidly changing as technology and customer expectations rapidly change. Speed of service and globalization is changing. However, amidst all this change, we must remain very clear about what we stand for….. Leadership and people is what will drive and determine our future. Technology and processes are the enablers and we will continue to invest in those, but at the end of the day, it is people who truly make the difference.
  • We will continue to invest in our people by developing and retaining subject matter experts and Six Sigma black Belts.

Although these are just a few of the great things on the horizon for Etech, these goals definitely define what our top priorities will be for 2015.

What are your goals and priorities for the coming year?  Take some time to think them through and write them down. You’ll likely find that, this time next year, you’ll be able to look back on your list and cross off many accomplishments.  All the best in the coming year.
