Our Team Is Eager To Meet You at IRCE

Our team at Etech Global Services is gearing up for the 10th Annual Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition or IRCE June 10th-13th in Chicago, Illinois.  Team members Ronnie Mize and Christian Farmer are looking forward to representing Etech at this event and demonstrating our ICE Platform.  ICE stands for Integrated Customer Engagement.

This is a platform that we developed, and I’m proud to say, received the Technovation Award at the recent PACE Conference.  Etech’s ICE Platform is really a very simple, easy system to use, yet it has very complex capabilities.  It’s simple in that it requires very little training to use so that you are able to spend more time focusing on the customer experience rather than learning a complicated system.  We LOVE anything that enables us to be more efficient and productive without losing our primary focus of serving the customer.  However, it’s complex in that it allows the user to utilize whichever communication channel is most appealing to them. ICE can integrate with virtually any system and it captures confidential information automatically, bypassing the agent, and interfacing with backend systems.

Ronnie and Christian are eager to show you how the ICE Platform can integrate into your organization allowing your staff to focus more on customer service.  As you mingle at this year’s IRCE event, look for them in the Exhibition Hall at booth #1750 for a full demonstration of the ICE Platform’s capabilities.

The 2014 IRCE event promises to be extraordinary as they celebrate their 10th year as the world’s largest e-commerce conference and exhibition.
