I wanted to publically congratulate my team at Etech Global Services for winning the Technovation Award from PACE (Professional Associate for Customer Engagement). I was thrilled to learn that we had been awarded the 2014 Technovation Award which recognizes innovation in products and services within the call center industry.
It’s been a long road designing and developing ICE, our Integrated Customer Engagement Platform, which is targeted for the click-to-chat, email fulfillment, and inbound voice markets utilizing click-to-talk functionality. We knew there was a need in the market and we wanted to develop a robust, effective software solution to meet the demand.
Our team spent countless hours understanding companies’ needs and concerns and has released a solution we are all very proud of. We are thrilled that PACE also recognized how incredibly powerful this tool is and how it will make a difference in the contact center market.
