Springtime!  I must admit, Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. The temperatures get warmer, flowers bloom, people spend more time outdoors, working, playing and often sharing a meal with family and friends.  Spring always brings with it a sense of renewal and the anticipation of Summer, with school ending and the pace of life slowing down; for families anyway.

In the business world, Springtime can often be one of the busiest times of the year.  In the Call Center industry, I have always found Springtime to be an energizing time.  Spring is the time of year for conferences, when organizations like Etech, take the time to come together as an industry and talk about new technologies that are on the horizon.  Here at Etech Global Services, we attend several conferences throughout the Spring and early Summer. It’s a great opportunity for our staff to get out, meet people and continue to learn and grow as employees.  In March, we had the honor of being invited to the J.D. Power Roundtable of Champions Contact Center Solutions Conference in Dallas.  Etech was honored to have been the only contact center invited to this prestigious event. It was an opportunity for us to share our expertise and meet some incredible people.

In April, Etech Global Services is looking forward to sponsoring the Contact Center Summit in Nashville, TN.  This is an opportunity for leaders in the contact industry to come together and discuss new products, technologies and services.  In June, we’ll head to two more conferences in Chicago and Las Vegas!

In addition to our busy conference season, Etech Global Services continues to grow within our own ranks.  We are currently seeking to hire new sales and customer service representatives in our Vadodara location.  You can check out our Facebook page for more information.  We are excited about the growth that we continue to experience here at Etech.  Just like spring ushers in new growth outdoors, it ushers in growth at Etech as well.

So, while for some, Springtime signals a time of renewal and the start of a slightly slower pace, for us, Springtime signals a time of renewal that brings with it new faces in our organization and an energizing pace that carries us through the rest of the year.   Happy Spring!
