What We Expect You To Have

  • Must type a minimum of 40 WPM, pass a grammar test, background check, and drug screen.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Location- This is not a work from home position. Employees are expected to work onsite.
  • Attendance- All agents must have good attendance and be punctual.
  • Coachability
  • Good communication skills. Please listen for voice quality, tone, annunciation, and minimal slang usage.
  • Sales ability- agents should be persuasive, have the ability to probe/gather information, and use that information in making an offer, tying it to a benefit or service, and have the ability to upsell.
  • Experience- at least 1-3 months of sales or upselling experience.
  • Confidence
  • Ability to diffuse customer escalations
  • Agents will be using multiple systems, so please look for the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer data
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), and overtime as requested.
  • Strong people skills- empathetic, willingness to serve others, and kind.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English

Preferences/Not Required:

  • Bilinguals: Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
  • Call Center experience- agents will have to answer a high volume of inbound calls, so this can help. It is not required.
