What You’ll Be Doing
- Plans activities / Strategy according to the mass hiring requirements.
- Assists Talent Acquisition Leader to forecast and manage budget for the Talent Acquisition department.
- Strategically controls cost per hire and Maintains Quality of Hire
- Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfer etc.
- Train, supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Evaluation of Talent Acquisition Process at regular intervals to ensure learning objectives and Talent Acquisition standards are achieved
- Develop and maintain relationship with peers across departments. Coordinate with all the respective Stakeholders and review the hiring process.
- Helps to coordinate participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.
- Weekly/Monthly reports to be sent accurately and on time – to Vice President.
- Prepares and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor required KPI’s
- Induction dates to be communicated on timely basis to HR, Ops, Training & Admin team with targeted No. of candidates.
- Coordinates communications with applicants.
What We Expect You To Have
- Proven work experience as Asst. Talent Acquisition Director or similar role (2 to 4 years).
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks and other recent online tools)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Good team-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- Graduate OR equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication.
