What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct outbound telesales activity to employers to sell VOCI VSpark platform
  • New business generation via telesales activity
  • Influencing, negotiating and persuading stakeholders to use VOCI VSpark services
  • Achieving sales targets in line with KPI’s
  • Achieving activity targets in line with KPI’s
  • Develop new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Following up on leads generated by other employees of Etech/VOCI
  • Record all activity onto CRM system
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all employers
  • Market analysis and feedback & maintaining market and competitor knowledge
  • Using a variety of sales techniques in order to attract new business opportunities
  • Commercial awareness of business opportunities arising in the local and national market and adopt a proactive approach to new business generation
  • Identify and follow up on new business leads
  • Play an active part in the selling and endorsement of all VOCI products and services
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies and their working culture and environment
  • Maintaining and inputting data to ensure effective customer relationship management of all stakeholders

What We Expect You To Have

  • Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
  • Experience of working within Outbound B2B, virtual sales
  • Client relationship management & Cold Calling
  • HSC or equivalent
  • 1+ years of sales experience into a similar environment
  • Interpersonal skills Influencing and negotiating skills
  • Written & verbal Communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Well organised and structure approach to work Ability to work to deadlines and targets
