Roles and Responsibility:
- Agents will be responsible to ensure all the scheduled pick up and deliveries are being done on time.
- Need to ensure the assigned drivers have accepted confirmation on their mobile app.
- Assign drivers to the pickup/delivery requests if they are not assigned or if the previous driver doesn’t confirm assign a new driver within specified timelines.
- Handle customers queries and concern and resolve them by coordinating with the drivers effectively.
- The process is very crucial as one of the major deliveries are through blood bank and they can have a requirement any time and within a short window.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to serving our customers
- The ability to thrive in a multi-task environment
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Understands a sense of urgency around resolving customer orders and concerns
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
