Job Title : Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)
Department : Operations
Reports To : Team Leader, Operation
Location : Vadodara

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Agents will be responsible to ensure all the scheduled pick up and deliveries are being done on time.
  • Need to ensure the assigned drivers have accepted confirmation on their mobile app.
  • Assign drivers to the pickup/delivery requests if they are not assigned or if the previous driver doesn’t confirm assign a new driver within specified timelines.
  • Handle customers queries and concern and resolve them by coordinating with the drivers effectively.   
  • The process is very crucial as one of the major deliveries are through blood bank and they can have a requirement any time and within a short window.
