Manage the calendar of the Executive and ensure that all items critical to the business are on the Executive’s calendar in a timely manner.
Prioritize requests for meetings with the Executive accordingly and ensure prompt responses to all requests. .
Provide telephone coverage-answer executive phones, take accurate messages, schedule follow-ups as per the need, and handle calls with appropriate judgement
Administer Executive’s Microsoft Office Accounting which includes prioritizing critical emails and eliminating spam/marketing, manage out-of-office responses, group emails into folders as per the instructions.
Manage local and international travel, accommodation, and car rentals as per the need.
Work closely and effectively to keep the Executive informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Responsibilities will also include creating, proofreading/formatting documents, prioritizing correspondence and maintaining files and records.
What We Expect You To Have:
Experience of minimum 5 years
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Highly organized and good with managing time; ensuring all appointments, meetings, and other demands are well-scheduled.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, successfully adapt to changes in work priorities and be flexible with business hours.
Works well under pressure, self-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative.
Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Work involves handling sensitive issues and confidential information therefore, requires discretion on the employee’s part. High integrity and commitment to work in a challenging environment.
Must have an excellent hands-on working knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Meeting scheduler).
