Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and design innovative and effective learning experiences that drive KPIs.
- Create game plans for new materials that address key areas of opportunity.
- Partner collaboratively with subject matter experts to round out knowledge where needed, while owning the quality and on-time delivery of the final product.
- Become a subject matter expert on the following:
- Product knowledge
- Training tactics
- Training and Development processes, procedures, and policies.
- Provide product feedback (at key phases) on functional design, feasibility and usability along with necessary testing pre-launch.
- Provide internal teams (e.g. Operations, Reporting) updates on projects as needed.
- Analyze the performance of agents on training you created and devise the next step for further upskilling them in their craft.
- Request feedback from clients after the completion of a project. (If possible a survey).
Knowledge of adult learning principles, activity-based facilitation, and learner-centered activities, Learning Management Systems, design principles, and pedagogy and andragogy.
Ability to learn new T&D trends, build product strategy, and work with stakeholders within production, reporting, T&D, and operations, to get the work done.
Education And/Or Experience
Experience as a representative on a call center campaign and an understanding of technical aspects of teaching the use of call center technology.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents such as a project charter, financial reports (Agent payroll reports), and other applicable documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
