What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Team management: Manage and scale a team of full-cycle technical recruiters to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional development
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with the Technical Leadership team, apply critical thought to the design and development of scalable recruiting processes and strategies
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior engineering leaders to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals. Lead competitive analysis and compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure proper and competitive positioning in emerging geographies
  • Creative solutions: Familiarize yourself with the talent market to identify creative opportunities to reduce time to hire
  • Talent attraction/ Branding: Partner with marketing team to develop methods for using technology and social media to enhance the recruitment, screening and hiring of qualified individuals.
  • Full life-cycle recruitment: Lead strategic efforts for critical roles across levels, functions, and global offices from talent attraction to on boarding. Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring and team operating models across our global tech recruiting team.
  • Leverage data to define success metrics, measure productivity, and inform strategic decision making
  • Develop and lead recruiting focused projects to support our engineering and product hiring teams
  • Continue to work on active requirements where necessary.

What We Expect You To Have:

  • Experience of 5 years in technical recruitment (inhouse or agency)
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentoring, coaching
  • Interest in building and scaling effective teams and processes
  • Consultative mindset; proven agile thinker
  • Exposure to multiple talent markets, across technical disciplines (engineering, data, product development, IT support, etc)
  • Interest & exposure working with multiple geographies
  • Experience partnering with senior level management
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
