What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with Personal Wellness Support System Manger to ensure guest feedback, preferences and goals are properly documented and shared to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Assist guest with using 3rd party technologies as it relates to their wellness goals
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to the guest based on their goals as it relates to our 5 pillars
  • Our team is available to guests 24/7 through the Amrit Customer Engagement Platform including text or messaging and inbound calls. Each PWG will be scheduled as needed to provide adequate staffing
  • Provide assistance and encouragement on workout plans, nutritional suggestions, leisure activities with the assistance of the guest’s Wellness Coach
  • Act as a liaison with the guest in between Coaching sessions
  • Ensure the safety and proper progression of guests participating in the wellness program
  • Maintain activity records of Personal Wellness Roadmap in order to track participation and plan for further wellness services
  • Send customized meal reminders, encouraging messages, open class alerts, end of day recap, video content library suggestions, etc
  • Share available activity information, dining menu assistance, food intake/lodging assistance
  • Assist with promotions and sales and upsell the spa and wellness programs
  • Build trust with guests and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

We Expect You To Have:

  • Experience in a health-related discipline (like Nutrition, Ayurvedic Medicine, Exercise Science, and/or Yoga/Mindfulness)
  • Experience working in a hotel or resort in a similar capacity, preferably in a preopening setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to professionally interact and build rapport with guests of all ages and demographics
  • Adaptable/flexible – Ready to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Think critically and proactively problem solve
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations including keyboarding, proper grammar and syntax, company policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
  • Ability to follow directions, communicate information to customers, enter information into the computer program, close a sale, and learn new products and services
  • A minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or high school senior in good standing. Customer service and sales experience preferred, but not always required. Additional wellness modality certifications or experiences
