What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop user-friendly intranet interfaces that support business processing deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Brainstorm possible solutions, evaluating alternative areas of payroll processing. Advise on alternate methods of solving problems or recommend specific solutions Payroll system.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers that support application development and ensure the quality and integrity of data.
• Maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle SDLC
• Provide applications with the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Assist with technical issues and serve as an expert on applications
• Develop high-quality production-ready code utilizing the Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET Core, Web APIs) and the Microsoft SQL Server database

What We Expect You To Have

• With over 6 years of professional experience in ASP.net MVC with C# web-based applications with SQL Server 2008/2012 backend and JavaScript query work.
• Project Lead 3+ years of experience working on payroll software development/Payroll Projects
• Experience in leadership with leading teams of 3-8 people.
• Engineering/ Master’s Degree from a good Institute (preferably Computer Science or related)
• Familiar with different project management methods
• An understanding of software development design patterns.
• Shift time: Flexible for UK and US shifts – 10:30 PM
