What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyzes various aspects of portfolio management including apartment supply and demand, regional economic conditions and consumer demographics.
- Review and analyze the performance of the portfolio and of individual communities. Performs operational and financial analyses to identify and improve portfolio’s operating performance. Makes recommendations to maximize cash flow, earnings and asset values.
- Regular follow-up with tax credit investment limited partners for compliance and financial support.
- Researches, prepares and distributes monthly and quarterly analysis of rental trends, competitive community’s data, demographic information and relevant market data.
- Assist in the formulation of strategic plans and initiatives for the portfolio. Also, helps implement the strategies and track the effectiveness of the initiatives.
- Completes special projects under the direction of the president / owner.
- The Asset manager’s responsibilities will include investigating properties which are to be purchased during the due diligence period and putting in place all management structures after the purchase, including improvement projects on deferred maintenance assets.
What We Expect You To Have:
- Must be willing to work in night shifts or as per US shift timings
- About 3 to 5 years of experience in Asset Management of about 20-30 multi-family sites
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or real estate or related fields is additional advantage
- Should be able to work in group environment
- Demonstrate values of accountability, performance and diligence
