A day in the life of a recruitment specialist :

    Partnership is the key to our success!

    • Spend each day being mentored by our Senior Recruitment Specialist. Your direct Supervisor will develop you daily to be come an All-Star Recruitment Specialist!

    Collaboration is our secret sauce!

    • As Recruitment Specialist, you will have daily/weekly Touch Base meetings with our Senior Recruitment Specialist which is tailored to your custom professional needs.

    Networking is the name of your game!

    • Through impeccable branding, you will assist with effectively and efficiently sourcing quality candidates who are ready to embark on the career opportunity of a lifetime!

    You never meet a stranger!

    • While performing daily community interactions, you will help build networks of entry-level candidates through college recruiting activities as well as community-focused events and professional events hosted by our Local Chamber of Commerce.

    Public Speaking is your forte!

    • In addition to building networks throughout the community, you will help prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information about Etech, our business strategy, department background, onboarding KPI requirements, as well as employer expectations if onboarded.

    You enjoy fact-checking

    • In addition to branding and sourcing, our Recruitment Specialists assist with phone and in-person interviews with candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.

    • What better way to celebrate your success that exercising your bragging rights? Daily/weekly/monthly deliverables will be provided to your Leader who will in turn update Center Leadership concerning the great things you’ve accomplished!

Knowledge of:

Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook; applicable skills needed for all current sales campaigns; Computer programs including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook; Interviewing techniques;

Ability to:

Education And/Or Experience :

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills :

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability :

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

Valid driver’s license or other Government issued ID.
