Etech has recently published a case study regarding our performance outcome for MyPlates. The case study discusses the challenges of knowing the need for live chat on a website, but unsure how to go about finding the right partner with the right experience. The company chose Etech for our deep industry experience and our rules based approach to live chat. Being a startup company, MyPlates had ambitious goals of boosting conversion rates and average order values.
