    Etech Global Services announces recognition and renewed culture.

     
    Nacogdoches, TX – July 21, 2016 – The Lufkin Etech Team was recognized as being the TOP OBTM (outbound sales) vendor site for it’s largest client partner. They closed out the first half of the year at 121% performance objective! The team was given recognition during the companywide Town Hall meeting! This puts the Lufkin Etech team in the spotlight thus opening the door to future program growth for not only our Lufkin team, but for our other Etech centers as well.

     

    As a result, Lufkin is looking to ensure they create a culture that encourages people to come be a part of the Etech Lufkin family. David Carrizales, promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations for Texas in March of this year, has been working with his leadership team to create the culture Etech is accustomed to in the Lufkin Center. David’s primary focus will be to oversee the day to day operations of Nacogdoches, Lufkin, Dallas and Rusk centers, work closely with our partners, coaching and developing his leaders, and looking for ways to continue to grow revenue and additional opportunities for Etech and our customers.

    David rejoined our Etech family in spring of 2015 to run operations in our Nacogdoches center. Since then, David has successfully led, motivated and inspired a growing team of leaders to a whole new level. He is passionate about the details to support growth and never hesitates to use his influential leadership behavior to build trust and roll his sleeves up to get things done. We asked David what makes a great leader and he explained, “It’s all about the people and ensuring you have the right leaders in place. The focus should always be on valuing people and helping them reach their personal and professional goals”. His leadership has been powerful over the past year and his career with Etech building relationships through vision, accountability and adaptability. We are proud to have him as a member of our team.
