Nacogdoches, TX- September 15, 2015 – Etech Global Services, a leading business process outsourcer, announced they have been chosen by Hudson’s Bay Company to provide Inbound Customer Service for Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor, two of Hudson’s five department stores.
Etech plans to hire the initial inbound customer care representatives in their Lufkin and Rusk locations. There are currently 100 positions available. Customer care representatives will be assisting customers for two of the most well known luxury department stores in North America, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor.
