Nacogdoches, TX – February 16, 2017 – Etech Global Services, a leading business process outsourcer, announced they have been chosen by one of the largest communications technology companies in the World to provide first contact customer service and sales for existing customers of home phone, internet, TV and wireless services as well as other products.
Etech plans to hire online chat customer service/sales representatives in their Nacogdoches, Dallas, Lufkin and Rusk locations. There are currently 100+ positions available and they will add an additional 100-200 over the coming 2-3 months. Online Chat Customer Service/Sales representatives will be assisting customers via online chat with minor technical support, password resets, customer service questions and upgrades of service.
