Etech is Proud to Announce New Leadership in Texas Centers- to Drive Revitalization and Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences
Nacogdoches, TX – September 20, 2016 – Etech is proud to announce new additions to a leadership team to take the company to its next stage of growth and success. Effective immediately, Holly Gwynne and Jonathan Johnson have assumed roles of Operation Directors. Gwynne and Johnson have extensive backgrounds in delivering outstanding customer service qualifying these new Etech leaders to assume roles as Operations Directors over Etech’s Lufkin and Dallas centers.
Gwynne and Etech have partnered since 2008 where her customer excellence expertise drove significant revenues and cost savings for DeVry University. Her experience includes fortune 500 companies such as HBC, AT&T, Charter Communications, Converges, Valor Telecommunications and Carlson Travel. Gwynne’s expertise is driving employee satisfaction which translates to customer satisfaction and trust. Her servant leadership focuses on behavioral coaching and developing new leaders in every organization with a focus on employee engagement, staffing, training, quality and building partner relationships. Recognized as a senior On-Line Commerce professional and multi-channel third party vendor manager, her collaborative style allows her strategic planning ability to build and enhance business. We are excited to have Gwynne as Dallas Director of Operations and are looking forward to watching her and the Dallas teams exceed expectations!
Johnson comes to Etech with a wealth of knowledge including over 15 years of contact center experience. Jon started his BPO career in 1998 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Since then Johnson has worked in both the BPO world as well as on the client side for a major retail multimedia organization around the world. His experience is in Operations Management, Vendor Management, GlobalSales and Account Management. We are excited about bringing Johnson on as our Lufkin Director of Operations. We know his fresh ideas, his community involvement, his commitment to valuing people and his passion for raising expectation will help us deliver results in our Lufkin center!
