 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Need to support 3-4 Customer Success Managers
  • Helping in Coordination, Scheduling and Calendaring
  • Maintain Project/program deliverables, Deadlines, delivery dates, milestones and tracking dashboard
  • Work with Clients to make sure the latest information, such as dates and deliverables, are updated in the source of truth
  • Be able to use a ticketing system such as JIRA
  • Client facing experience would be an added advantage
