  • Do you have a successful track record of motivating Sales Teams?
  • Do you have 3-5 years of Customer Service/Sales Call Center supervisory experience?
  • Do you have experience leading a team of online chat call center agents to success?
  • Are you looking for a dynamic growing company to work for?
  • Are you able to work Sunday 7-4 and Monday thru Wednesday 12-10pm or Sunday 7-4pm and Monday thru Thursday 1-10pm?


Coaches and develops team of approximately 10-15 Click2Chat call center agents/representatives to achieve their individual performance goals as well as team goals.

  • Sets expectations and leads team to achieve performance goals as established by leadership.
  • Supervises the daily activity of team by monitoring, coaching, motivating and developing each team member to ensure chat quality, sales techniques and compliancy guidelines.
  • Interviewing, hiring and discipline at necessary.
  • Administers Performance Management Process as needed to develop agent performance and behavior.
  • Flexible work schedule is a must

Required Experience/Education:

  • 3-5 yrs minimum experience Call Center Customer Service/Sales Experience
  • 5 years of Supervisory Experience
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Proven track record of motivating and coaching Sales Teams
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Experience – Click2Chat / Online Chat
