Coaches and develops team of approximately 10-15 Click2Chat call center agents/representatives to achieve their individual performance goals as well as team goals.
- Sets expectations and leads team to achieve performance goals as established by leadership.
- Supervises the daily activity of team by monitoring, coaching, motivating and developing each team member to ensure chat quality, sales techniques and compliancy guidelines.
- Interviewing, hiring and discipline at necessary.
- Administers Performance Management Process as needed to develop agent performance and behavior.
- Flexible work schedule is a must
- 3-5 yrs minimum experience Call Center Customer Service/Sales Experience
- 5 years of Supervisory Experience
- Proficient Excel skills
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching Sales Teams
- High School Diploma/GED
