WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to understand business needs, processes, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
• Work closely with UI/UX, development, QA, and project teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies as required.
• Review developed functionality against business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation and validation.
• Identify, document, and communicate gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts associated with business requirements and proposed solutions.
• Support stakeholders and project teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Maintain requirement traceability and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously learn and apply business analysis, Agile, and product development best practices to improve team workflows and project outcomes.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar business/technology role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis processes, requirement gathering, and documentation techniques.
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with development and QA teams.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Figma, or similar requirement and documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, and web/mobile application concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-first attitude, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
