What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers and program administrators. 
  • Provide accurate information regarding client’s products, services, and product delivery systems. 
  • Provide Tier 1 support and assist users with online services. 
  • Deliver accurate information about products and services. 
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. 
  • Respond quickly to customer issues and manage a high volume of tasks. 
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed. 
  • Perform basic administrative duties as required. 

What We Expect You To Have: 

  • A fresher with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of customer service, or a minimum of one year of BPO experience, would be an added advantage. 
  • HSC or High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Flexibility to support after-hours calls if needed. 
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. 
  • Experience working with diverse teams and communities.
