What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly and impactful product experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability tests, and market insights to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to AI-powered product experiences and workflow automation initiatives.
• Maintain design consistency through design systems and UX best practices.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Present design concepts and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated with emerging UX, AI, accessibility, and product design trends.

What we expect you to have:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced across key design activities including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and other modern design tools.
• Understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing AI-driven SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Contact Center, Customer Experience (CX), or CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools in the design process.
