    New Business Contract with SBC
     
    ETI to create a minimum of fifty (50) additional professional sales positions in East Texas.
     
    Effective Teleservices, Inc. (ETI), a global provider of outsourced customer support services headquartered in Nacogdoches, announced today new agreements for third quarter business in their East Texas centers located in Lufkin and Nacogdoches. These agreements, signed with SBC Services Inc. and Ingenio, Inc. further demonstrate the company’s ongoing commitment to increase their market share within the business to business sector of customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
     
    Under terms of both agreements, ETI will provide outbound telephone services for SBC and Ingenio that will drive increased customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and operational effectiveness. These agreements confirm ETI’s reputation as a favored provider of customer care programs for innovative companies in the communications industries.
     
    ETI’s Chief Operating Officer, Matt Rocco stated, “We are very excited about the work we will be doing for SBC and Ingenio. These two agreements will bring a minimum of fifty professional telesales jobs to East Texas.”
