ETI launches fourth global contact center in Lufkin,Texas Grand Opening of 600 seat center March 2004

Effective Teleservices, Inc (ETI) announced today the appointment of several key leaders into expanding roles. These appointments were part of the recent decision by ETI to expand operations into Gujarat , India and Lufkin , Tx .

Matt Rocco, Vice President of Operations for ETI stated, “With the growth of our company into India and Lufkin , Texas , it is imperative that we develop an organizational structure that will support a multi-location, international operations team. We are fortunate to have several individuals within the company that are ready to move into new responsibilities. These individuals will be instrumental in ensuring that ETI remains focused on the disciplines that have enabled our past successes as we continue to grow and expand.”

Tony Ridenour has been named Director of Operations for Nacogdoches . Ridenour has been with ETI for two years as an Account Manager with responsibilities for the BellSouth Consumer programs. He came to Nacogdoches from Sacramento , CA where he worked with Citizens Communications and MCI. He has worked in and around call centers the majority of his career. Tony and his wife, Alma, have two children. Since coming to Nacogdoches , he has been involved with the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce and the United Way .

John Pennebaker has been appointed to Director of Operations for Lufkin . Prior to moving to East Texas two years ago, John was Call Center Director for ETI, then BERRYDirect, in Joplin , MO. A fourteen year call center veteran, he has held various leadership positions with both United Parcel Service and Hammacher Schlemmer. Along with his wife, Debbie, and their three daughters, Pennebaker resides in Hudson , Texas . He is an alumnus of Grand Canyon College and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Cindy Edwards has been promoted to Director of Human Resources . In this capacity she will have responsibility for human resources, recruiting, and training for all ETI Contact Centers. Cindy was most recently Account Manager for several key BellSouth internet programs. She has been with the company for two and a-half years. Prior to joining ETI, Cindy was with Joe Max Green/Insurance Concepts as Director of Business

Development and AllianceONE as Vice President of Sales. An alumnus of SFASU, Edwards lives in Nacogdoches with her husband, Doug, and their three children.

Ronnie Mize has been assigned to the position of Director – Program Implementation . In this expanding role, Ronnie will oversee all development and project implementation as it relates to new programs or expanding operations. He will be responsible for managing the expanding ETI development team including both the Lufkin based and Gujarat based developers. In the 5 years that Ronnie has been with ETI he has served a variety of information technology roles including CTI engineer and IT Enterprise Manager. Most recently, Ronnie served as Director – Information Technology. Prior to joining ETI, Ronnie was owner of MicroTech Inc. based out of Lufkin , Tx . Ronnie holds an A+ Technology certification as well as a Genesys engineering certification. He resides in Lufkin , Tx. with his newlywed Mary.

Jim Iyoob will take on the responsibilities of Sr. Manager – Operations Support . In this role, Jim will lead the teams in each of ETI’s contact centers that monitor and report on all aspects of the operation. He has served in a number of leadership roles during the three years he has been with ETI including Account Manager, Program Implementation Manager and Operations Support Manager. Jim was with Dun and Bradstreet in their call center division for 10 years before moving to Nacogdoches . He is a graduate from Devry Technical Institute holding a Computer Science Degree in programming and system design. He and his wife, Kelci, have one child. Jim has been involved with the Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce and the United Way .
