Nacogdoches, TX – February 20, 2017– Etech Global Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaylene Eckels to Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Eckels will have responsibility for all the Company’s operating units worldwide. She will report directly to Matt Rocco, President.
Since joining Etech in 2006, Kaylene has held several positions including Director of Operations in both Nacogdoches and Lufkin, TX; Assistant Vice President Global Operations, and most recently Vice President of Global Operations. Under Kaylene’s leadership Etech has continued to raise the bar, and deliver on both customer and shareholder commitments. Kaylene sets BIG goals for herself and her team, and is committed to ensure they are delivered on. Kaylene recently stated, “I’ve been blessed to have several great leaders believe in and mentor me, and it has made all the difference. As a result, I’m passionate about creating opportunities for my team, and challenging them to stretch beyond their comfort zone. Most people will find a way to deliver at a higher level they just need to believe they can and be given the support, guidance and empowerment to do so.”
The Board unanimously agrees that Eckels’ leadership experience coupled with her strategic thought Leadership and proven ability to deliver results make her the right person to help execute Etech’s strategic priorities and drive sustainable growth.
