Etech Global Services Wins Community Impact Award

Etech’s volunteer involvement in the community recognized and commended at a local Texas gala.


Etech Global Services, a global business process outsourcer, was honored at the first Community Impact Awards Gala at Stephen F. Austin State University on October 27th. Etech received the Outstanding Business of the Year Award for their volunteer services in both Angelina and Nacogdoches counties. The Christian radio stations 90.9 KWSP and 91.9 KAVX hosted the event to award local businesses that give back to their communities in the two Eastern Texas counties.


Although KSWP-KAVX Christian Radio held the gala, the residents of Angelina and Nacogdoches counties were the ones to nominate Etech Global Services. According to COO—and member of the Nacogdoches Independent Schools board of trustees—Matt Rocco, “We’re grateful to be in the communities that we are in and to be able to partner with so many caring and generous individuals and businesses.” Many of the employees at Etech spend time volunteering at the Nacogdoches County United Way, the Nacogdoches Habitat for Humanity, the Boys and Girls Club and many other non-profit organizations and churches in the area.
