What You’’ll be Doing; 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. 
•  Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.  
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and use cases.  
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.  
• Develop detailed requirement specifications, including wireframes, process flows, and data models. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and foster collaboration.  
• Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.  
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making and prioritize requirements.  
• Provide expertise and guidance on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to SAAS-based software solutions. 
•  Support product roadmap planning and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives. 

What We Expect You To Have: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.  

• 5 + Years Remote of relevant experience 
• Proven experience (5 plus years) as a Business Analyst or similar role in a software company.  
• Good understanding of SAAS principles, architecture, and technologies.  
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation techniques. Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.  
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus.
