What You’ll Be Doing
- Install and configure active directory and plan and implement active directory migration.
- Can work in Dynamic and collaborative workplace where you must provide creative and thoughtful solution as an Active Directory Administrator.
- Can independently Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Windows server and Microsoft Active Directory 2012 and higher.
- Other duties include operations and maintenance activities for server maintenance, patching, tuning and other administrative tasks.
- Responsible for update, track and provide resolution to customer issues using the Siebel Action Request System.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, tune system performance, enterprise monitoring, and install system wide software.
- Operate, maintain, and improve System Center Operations Manager
- Operate, maintain, and improve Active Directory Federation Service.
- Must be able to multi-task, ability to learn on the job and research effectively.
- Domain administrator functions-
- Creation and management of directory infrastructure
- Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain
- Domain Controller Management
- Policy monitoring and compliance
- Configured Group Policy Objects to create a secure Windows Infrastructure
- Manage group policy at root of domain and for Domain Controllers OU
- Manage the root Users and the root Computers OUs
- Install and manage security reporting tools used to monitor changes to the Active Directory
- Coordinate and configure alarm distribution to OU Admins for OU-related events
- Plan and manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the DCs
- Enterprise administrator functions-
- Creation and management of the forest
- Overall security and reliability of the forest
- Creation and removal of domains
- Management of trust relationship with ALS domain
- Management of trust relationship with JGI-OSF domain
- Full disaster recovery plan and practice of trust recovery
- Schema Administrator functions-
- Maintains security and integrity of schema
- Oversees modifications to schema
- Full disaster recovery plan and practice of schema recovery
What We Expect You To Have
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- 10+2 with Diploma or Graduation in Computer Science/BCA/IT or equivalent.
- Should have good knowledge in Azure AD and AD connect.
- Should have good Knowledge in PKI infrastructure, and SQL basics.
- Responds to operations related enquiries, may act as first point of contact in subject matters.
