What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate new program launches across facilities, technology, staffing, and operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure stakeholder visibility.
- Act as the coordination link between clients, operations, IT, HR, and facilities.
- Create structure through tracking tools, checklists, and accountability systems.
- Support hiring coordination, training logistics, and launch readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges that don’t fit neatly into anyone else’s role.
- Take ownership of independent projects as you gain experience and confidence.
What We Expect You To Have:
- Minimum 3 years of BPO experience.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or coordination experience.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be based in Montego Bay or willing to relocate.
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work.
