What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate new program launches across facilities, technology, staffing, and operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure stakeholder visibility.
  • Act as the coordination link between clients, operations, IT, HR, and facilities.
  • Create structure through tracking tools, checklists, and accountability systems.
  • Support hiring coordination, training logistics, and launch readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges that don’t fit neatly into anyone else’s role.
  • Take ownership of independent projects as you gain experience and confidence.

What We Expect You To Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of BPO experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or coordination experience.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in Montego Bay or willing to relocate.
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work.

  • Valid driver’s license or other Government issued ID.
