What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with product roadmap and GTM goals
- Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice for SaaS audiences
- Build and manage content calendars across SaaS applications, websites, blog, social, and email
Content Creation & Ownership
- Write and oversee high-converting SaaS product content: homepage, feature pages, pricing pages, comparison pages, knowledge base articles, release notes, customer stories
- Create blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and other assets
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Optimize all content for SEO and conversion
Analytics & Iterations
- Measure content performance (traffic, trials, pipeline influence, SEO rankings)
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on data
- Use AI tools to scale research, ideation, and optimization
Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Sales teams
- Stay ahead of SaaS content trends and competitor strategies
What We Expect You to Have:
- 5–6 years writing SaaS product content (website copy, knowledge base, feature messaging)
- Experience at a B2B/B2C SaaS company (Global)
- Proven ability to write clear, benefit-focused copy that drives sign-ups and upgrades
- Strong grasp of SEO, conversion copywriting, and content-led growth
- Hands-on experience with AI writing/optimization tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Excellent portfolio showcasing SaaS website content or product launches
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
- Experience with content marketing platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles
- Familiarity with paid media and content distribution strategies
- Understanding of marketing automation and email marketing
- Experience with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI) and video tools
- Certification in content marketing, digital marketing, or related field
Technical Skills
- Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms
- Content management systems (WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- AI content and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, Notion AI, etc.)
- AI analytics and insights platforms
- Project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, Trello,)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
