What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up, customize, and maintain Moodle LMS environments.
- Manage users, courses, roles, and permissions effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain plugins and third-party integrations.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support for Moodle-related issues.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and stakeholders to optimize LMS functionality.
- Monitor system performance, apply updates, and perform regular backups.
What We Expect You to Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Moodle administration.
- Strong working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache, and Linux environments.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and integrating APIs with Moodle.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
