Etech Global Services Acquires Assets of Global Contact Services’ Huntington, WV Location
Acquisition expands Etech’s U.S. footprint and supports growing demand from existing and new clients.
Nacogdoches, TX – May 24, 2013 – Etech Global Services, a leading business process outsourcer, today announced the acquisition of Global Contact Services’ (GCS) assets in Huntington, West Virginia.GCS provides integrated customer solutions offering inbound customer care, outbound acquisition and other back office (BPO) solutions. They are well known in the insurance field with agents licensed in all 50 states for both life and health and property and casualty.
