Etech Global Services Concludes the Austin Contact Center Alliance Fall Symposium
Nacogdoches, TX – September 13, 2019 – Etech Global Services recently participated in the Austin Contact Center Alliance (ACCA) Fall Symposium which took place on September 12th, 2019. The Etech team was glad to host an engaging discussion on, ‘The Future of Customer Experience in the Call Center,’ and be a part of such an exciting conference and the premier annual event of ACCA.
It was a great opportunity for Etech to network with dynamic industry leaders and speakers who are all based out of Central Texas. Etech had the opportunity to share, discuss, and also learn about some of the exciting transformations the contact center industry is set to undergo.
