Etech Global Services to Showcase Innovative Approach to Deal with Customer Interactions at Customer Contact Week

Nacogdoches, TX – August 1, 2018 – Etech Global Services is back with a brand new two-hour workshop titled, “Professor Customer: Empower Your Customers to Teach You Customer Experience Delivery They Crave.” This workshop will inform the attendees on how important the Customer Experience is in today’s marketplace and how listening to their customers can help unlock this ever evolving metric. The workshop is scheduled for 10:30 AM CST on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 and will be at the Renaissance Austin Hotel, where Etech’s Chief Customer Officer, Jim Iyoob, will share how Artificial Intelligence is a natural fit for contact centers as it offers a solution for dealing with massive amounts of data.
